Find the rental invoices already in your inbox
Pest control sends an invoice. The store sends an order confirmation, then two shipping updates. The cleaner sends a separate receipt. Collecting them is useful only if the same purchase does not become several expenses.
Assistant inbox workflows are in testing and require a compatible doorledge TestFlight build. They are not yet part of the current App Store release. Provider access and source permissions vary.
Start with one vendor and one month
Choose a vendor and a complete date range. Give your assistant access to that source through its own permission controls. Connecting doorledge does not give the assistant access to your email.
Ask it to show what it found before sending drafts. The useful result is a list of purchases with dates, amounts and source references, not a count of matching emails.

Keep one purchase together
An invoice and a payment confirmation may refer to the same purchase. Ask the assistant to preserve the original invoice or order identity across retries and to flag uncertain matches rather than silently merge them.
After checking the list, ask it to send the selected purchases to doorledge as drafts with the available item prices, source links and faithful source text. Missing amounts stay missing. A source copy supplied by an assistant is not a verified original receipt file.

Finish with a short review
Open Records and review the merchant, date, total, property and any item split before saving. Compare uncertain details with the original. Source links depend on the email provider; Read source copy keeps the supplied text available when a link opens the inbox instead.
A submitted draft is not a saved expense. Shipping details and promotions do not establish spending. Keep unclear messages out of your totals until you have the purchase information.
